At House of Nawra, each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail. As most of our products are made-to-order and involve detailed craftsmanship, we do not offer returns or refunds.

🔁 Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Size issue
- Defective or damaged product
⏳ Exchange Request Timeline
- The exchange request must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
- Requests made after 3 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.
📌 Exchange Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- An unboxing video is mandatory in case of defective/damaged claims.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
🚚 Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
- Reverse pickup (if arranged) charges will be deducted or charged separately.
